Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario since 2012, Jennifer's mediation and investigations practice specializes in civil and employment litigation cases. Her unique ability to get to the heart of what would satisfy the parties involved led Jennifer to get her certification in Advanced Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor in 2012 and Negotiations in 2015. This honing of skill led Jennifer to begin separate work as a mediator, assisting parties negotiate settlements and agreements that are not only sustainable but that both parties feel confident and comfortable with moving forward.
As of 2021, Jennifer is a Hearing Member of the Administrative Penalty Tribunal, teaching the Paralegal Education program at Humber College, mediating and investigating under private practice and pursuing her Master of Law (LLM) specializing in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
