Jennifer Ansell is a skilled litigator, mediator and negotiator. With a focus on early resolution, Jennifer is focused on getting the best result for her clients.
Licensed with the Law Society of Upper Canada since 2012, Jennifer's paralegal practice specializes in civil litigation and Landlord & Tenant Board cases. Her unique ability to get to the heart of what would satisfy the parties involved led Jennifer to get her certification in Advanced Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor in 2012 and Negotiations in 2015. This serves her to better satisfy negotiate on behalf of her clients. This honing of skill led Jennifer to begin separate work as a mediator, assisting parties negotiate settlements and agreements that are not only sustainable but that both parties feel confident and comfortable with moving forward.
Jennifer's clients include corporations, small businesses, independent contractors, the City of Mississauga, individuals and families.
Jennifer also enjoys volunteering her time helping people pro bono through the Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre in Mississauga, ON, helping people and families resolve community disputes where she completed the Interpersonal Mediation Course in 2017. As of February 2018, Jennifer has been invited to be part of the small team which is planning, executing and implementing a yet to be named conflict resolution service for The City of Brampton.
