Effective Communication Skills Training (Advanced) - Wednesday, November 4th, 2020

This well-designed course is designed to challenge the participant to examine their communication style and become an effective communicator. Whether an executive, management or front-line, this course is for anyone that has one on one communications with people as part of their daily lives. In a world where tensions can sometimes run deep, this workshop equips participants with communication skills they will start practicing and using in the classroom and feel comfortable continuing on immediately thereafter.
Prerequisite(s): None.

- creating the feeling of team or “we” and getting support and understanding from others
- dealing with difficult people

- the importance of transparency
What will I learn?
This workshop will teach the practical skills required for constructive communication. Through discussion, examples, case studies and activities, together we will study communication “do’s” and “don’ts.”
Participants will practice skills learned, be given activities that create introspection, be able to share experiences and leave with practical and useful tools that they can utilize immediately.
